William Isaac
Owner and Agent
Bill became involved with the family agency after attending Kent State University in 1977. He was licensed as an agent that same year. He is involved with the day-to-day operations and handles commercial clients. With 42 years in the insurance industry, he has developed favorable relationships with many insurance companies, which has proven to be beneficial for the agency’s clients.
Sports and music have played an active role in his entire life. He has organized youth baseball leagues for the City of Cleveland and enjoys golf when time permits. Both he and his wife attend multiple concerts and music festivals throughout the year. He has 2 children, both of whom reside in Las Vegas, and 1 grandchild.
June F.
Customer Service Agent
June has been in the insurance industry since high school, starting with her father’s insurance agency, Desmone Insurance. In 1985, June joined William Isaac Insurance Agency, Inc. June’s role at the agency is personal lines quoting, policy servicing, and probate and license and permit bonds.
June is an alumnus of Parma High School and has lived in the area all of her life. She has been married since 1970 and has one son. She loves Nascar auto racing and bowling and is a fan of all Cleveland sports.
Denise Hughart, CSA
Customer Service Agent
Denise’s insurance career started when she was a junior in high school. She was registered for a Cooperative Office Education program and an early job opening came up with State Auto. She was fortunate to get the opportunity and remained with State Auto for nine years. In 1987 she joined the William Isaac Insurance Agency and became a licensed Property and Casualty Agent in 1990.
Denise focuses on personal lines of insurance where she handles both writing the coverage and servicing the needs of her clients.
In her spare time, she sings in the church choir, is a member of Do Re Mi Ministry that sings at nursing homes, and is a registered Scouter Reserve with the Boy Scouts. She is married with two adult sons, both of whom live on their own. She is the proud owner of two dogs and enjoys family, friends, vacations, wine tastings, and relaxing by the fire.
Haddie S.
Customer Service / Receptionist
Hadassah, Haddie for short, is our friendly, high-energy receptionist who recently joined our agency in July 2025. Originally from Oberlin, she is the eldest of seven children with four sisters and two brothers. She graduated from Oberlin High School and spent several semesters studying at Lorain County Community College. She is excited to begin her education to become a licensed agent.
Her job duties include answering phone calls, filing, assisting with license and probate bonds as well as personal lines. She enjoys reading, working out, hiking and traveling but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
Mike M.
Customer Service Agent
Mike Milkovich has been with the William Isaac Insurance Agency since 2016. His primary focus is commercial insurance and life insurance. Before joining Isaac Insurance, he worked as a Marketing Representative for Federated Insurance for five years.
Mike is a graduate of Ohio University and served in the U.S. Army as an officer before starting his insurance career.
He resides in North Ridgeville with his wife and son. In his free time, Mike runs marathons. He is working on running a marathon in all 50 states. As of July 2019, he has completed a marathon in 23 states, leaving 27 states to meet his goal.
